Our Story
Founded in Service
The West Virginia Purple Heart Fund, Inc. was established by veterans and community leaders who recognized a critical gap in support for West Virginia's combat-wounded heroes. Too many Purple Heart recipients were struggling in silence — facing financial hardship, medical challenges, and isolation without adequate resources. We set out to change that. Today, we work tirelessly across the Mountain State to connect veterans with the help they need and the recognition they deserve.
